Kyphotic, Alordotic/Military Cervical Spine:
These are medical (physiological) terms that most people are not familiar with unless they experience the affliction. These conditions should become apparent upon asking the first question in the sizing process. If these conditions exist, proceed with extra care.
GENERAL RULE
Abnormal cervical curve or moderate limitation of cervical movement, advisable to proceed with one pillow size smaller than indicated, eg. Alordotic (straight-loss of neck curve) or Kyphotic (reversal of neck curve).
Lower Cervical Problem:
People with lower cervical symptomatology, (arm or hand paresthesia/numbness or tingling), usually do better with Less Volume
